Just plain old boxing training exercises that turned everyday people into mean, lean, fighting machines including legends such as Muhammad Ali, Manny Pacquiao, and Oscar De La Hoya. If it’s good enough for legends, then it’s good enough for us. Join our instructor John Kostaras for an authentic boxing training class that will improve your fitness, co-ordination, and of course boost your cardio capacity.
