Circuit Class
Circuit is a high paced strength and conditioning class which features a large variety of exercise stations, all performed inside our unique training environment.
Exercises include; squats, sled pushing, push ups, chin ups and many more strength exercises.
This class is designed to be great for those just starting out or a seasoned athlete, you can push harder and achieve fitness outcomes you’d only dream of!
