Our boot camp is a 4 week program with 3 sessions per week.
We have great results with the boot camp due to the consistent training sessions. The 4 weeks of training is tailored to get each participant to increase their strength and fitness throughout the program. So whether you are an ‘iron-man’ or a ‘couch potato’ we can improve your strength and fitness.
The sessions are a mix of cardio, strength and flexiblity exercises that give all participants a great all round fitness regime.
The sessions are Tuesday 6am, Thursday 6am and Saturday 8am. All sessions are 60 mins in duration.
